“Well, having the entire population fall from Heaven simultaneously does require a bit of divine intervention.”

“The angels who were on earth technically still have their grace. I do at least.”

readingxintorevenge asked: "Gabriel- I am surprised that you are around.." Metatron spoke as he looked to the Arch-Angel.

“Yeah, so am I. Especially after what Luci did.”

“Do you kids need something or are you just here for a chat? Becuase I’m a little busy, y’know, repairing family problems.”

Okay.. Can we just stop with the ship hate and appreciate this kitten instead?

The kid just gave Gabriel a confused looked, one that said that he obviously didn’t believe what he was being told. “How can someone own the park. It’s the city’s not yours.” He huffed, and lied back down on the bench. And as much as he would’ve rather been sleeping in a bed than on a bench, he wasn’t exactly going to willingly accept the offer from strange guy. “Just leave me alone.”

He tisked a bit. “Not this one. I own the area, and I opened it up as a park. Bought everything in it, and did most of the planting myself.” He smirked slightly. “Look.. I can’t force you to come with me, but I can’t let you sleep here. It’s dangerous, and it’s technically illegal.”

Sam really didn’t pay the passerby and mind as he walked past him. His eyes were just on his stuff. He was thinking of just getting up and keeping it to himself, but knew that would just end in it inevitably being taken. By a police officer, or a hobo with that latter being much more likely. So, keeping it hidden just seemed like the best. He nearly jumped when he heard the voice, looking up with wide eyes to see the guy who’d just passed him by just a moment ago.

“…It’s none of your business, anyway.” Sam murmured, and began to sit himself up. He was exhausted, and really just hoped that this guy would leave soon so he could maybe sleep for a while before being woken up by the roars of an asshole’s motorcycle.

Gabriel sighed a bit. “Kinda is. I own the park, technically.” He replied, crossing his arms. “Look.. Get your stuff from wherever you stashed it..” It was obvious where he had, because he kept staring right at it. “..And come on.. I’ll get you a hotel room or something so you don’t have to sleep here..” He was worried about the kid.. He shouldn’t be in this time, and he was out on his own. Something was wrong, and he needed to figure it out.

It honestly felt like it’d be eternity since he’d end up here. Away from his brother and dad… He’d been with an older version of Dean for a while, but just didn’t want to burden him any longer. So, he’d left. All alone. Buying what he could and stealing what he couldn’t…. The now twelve year old boy felt even more miserable than he had with both his brother and dad, so why was he keeping this up? Why couldn’t he just go back? Maybe out of pride. Maybe just out of the fact that he didn’t have a damn clue how to get back to his family, back in time or not. This was just turning out to be Hell.

Sam curled up on a bench as it was getting to be near midnight, and glanced toward where he’d hidden all of his stuff for the night. No one but he could see it, so he just hoped that no one would steal it this time.

Gabriel had been wandering around, not really wanting to go home to his empty house just yet, even though his cat would be there. He sighed a bit as he stared up at the sky, before glancing around at the park he was in. He frowned and tilted his head as he caught sight of the person on the bench. They couldn’t be very old, and they shouldn’t be out on their own. He slowly started walking toward him, trying to work out what he was gonna say and do, only to halfway freeze when he realized who it was. The boy wouldn’t know him, so he needed to be careful.

He walked up, debating walking past him for a moment, and actually turning to walk away before sighing and turning back. “You know.. it’s dangerous to sleep in a park, kid.” He said quietly, trying not to scare him, if he hadn’t seen him coming up.
